MONROE - Due to predicted rainfall tonight, the Monroe City Band Concert on the Square scheduled for tonight has been moved to the Monroe High School Performing Arts Center. The concert still will begin at 7 p.m. at the PAC, preceded by a dedication ceremony for the refurbished Courthouse canons at 6:30 p.m.
