MONROE - The National Historic Cheesemaking Center is in the process of gathering information and photos of cheese factories that existed in Green County in the past.
The organization plans to publish a book relating to the cheese and dairy industry in Green County. Information on any cheesemakers who made cheese in area factories is also needed.
