MONROE - The Foreign Type Cheesemaker's Association in Monroe is inviting Cheesemakers to participate in the cheesemaking demonstration Sept. 17 on the north side of the Monroe Square.
The demonstration begins at 11:45 a.m. with the delivery of milk to the Bussman Demonstration Factory and continues through the afternoon.
Any Cheesemaker is welcome to help stir the copper vat and speak with the demonstration audience.
