What are the top issues facing this district and how would you work to resolve it?
Working through the school district's budget with less state aide, by looking deep into all programs for creative ways to offer the children of our district all the opportunities they deserve.
Technology Integration: Keeping the school district on the cutting edge, to continue to looking into more students being able to have access to iPads, Wifi at the middle and high school, grade school student to more computer access.
Act 10: Going from an employee contract to developing an employee handbook.
What are other key issues facing the district, and how would you work to resolve them?
Creating collaboration time for teachers, so that they can develop better curriculum and obtain professional development.
Funding is an extremely important issue in making sure taxpayers dollars are spent efficiently
Why are you the best candidate for this office?
Twelve years on the Monroe school board gives me the additional experience that is needed to continue to make sound decisions that come before the Monroe school board.
