Top issues: Budgets are always an issue. Continue to work with department heads and council members to keep budgets down. Starting up new TIF and TID District.
What are doing to resolve: Have a new business relocating in a TIF District, working on bringing other business's to town. Creating the Pearl Island Recreation Area. Starting a new fire district is under way.
