Top issues: School budget and Wisconsin Department of Instruction 2017 agenda for school reform
Resolution: Ensure that we are making fiscally sound decisions while meeting student needs, search for additional monies through grants. Give students the tools and education they need to prepare them for college and careers using the common core standards, best practices and assessments throughout the year - all in effort to work toward Department of Public Instruction Agenda 2017.
What are other key issues facing the district, and how would you work to resolve them?
Other issues: Assessments and school educational finance reform
Resolution: Advocate for more aid for each student and school finance reform to be fiscally responsible for tax payers. Put in place best practices and establish an educator evaluation system that coordinates with student data.

With enthusiasm and dedication, I am committed to the common goal of providing the best education for our children. My professional and educational experiences offer a base for effective collaboration with community that will ensure placement of educational goals consistent with federal and state initiatives.
