What are the top issues facing this board/council and how would you resolve them?

I feel the biggest issue facing this district along with many other districts is the continuous changes in school funding and being able to control cost within the district. We as a small district face the same challenges as the larger districts, but on a smaller scale. I feel that my previous experience on the board and the networking I participate in with other local board presidents give me the tools needed to help our district in the future. The current board has a great working relationship with the administration and the staff at our school, and in the past we have worked well together to solve problems and develop ways to be creative in our district and not diminish the quality of education that people come to expect from Juda.
