JANESVILLE - Dr. Gina McConoughey was recently hired as Dean of Business at Blackhawk Technical College, and will assume her role starting Friday, May 31. McConoughey is leaving her current post as Dean of Business, Hospitality and Information Systems at Illinois Central College in East Peoria, to take responsibility for the organization, administration and supervision of the business credit programs at BTC. McConoughey will bring 12 years of higher education experience as an administrator and teacher.
