The Leadership Development Program for Community Bankers is a one-year program offered through the Center for Professional and Executive Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. The program is designed to allow bankers who have taken on or are preparing to take on broader responsibilities at their bank, or have been identified as having the potential for a future senior management role, to expand their knowledge base and hands-on experience.
