JANESVILLE - The Blackhawk Technical College Board Appointment Committee recently announced the names of those chosen to fill the three vacancies on the BTC Board. The board met April 17 and April 29 to conduct a public hearing and an appointment committee meeting to fill the vacancies. The appointment committee for BTC is comprised of the Rock County and Green County chairpersons, from the two counties that make up the BTC district.
