BROWNTOWN - Nicole Kloepfer is the 2009 Browntown dairy queen. Nicole is the daughter of Tom and Julie Kloepfer and will be a senior at Black Hawk High School in the fall. The runner-up is Kaitlyn Wyss, daughter of Kurt Wyss and Donna Wyss. She will a junior at Monroe High School in fall.
