ALBANY - A garbage truck overturned on Wisconsin 104 about one-half mile north of Wis. 59 around 2:15 p.m. Thursday.
According to Green County Sheriff's Deputy Brad Gilbert, Charles Mastaler, 35, Milton, was southbound when he lost control of the truck. The truck slid sideways and overturned, ending up on its driver's side partially in the east ditch.
Mastaler had non life-threatening injuries to his left shoulder. He refused medical transport.
Deputy Steve Hoesly said the truck is owned by Veolia Environmental Services of Fort Atkinson.
The accident left trash spewed for about 15 yards over the highway.
Albany Fire Department was also on scene.
Traffic on 104 was being diverted.
