DARLINGTON - The second annual Antiques of Lafayette County appraisal will take place from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, Oct. 27 at the American Legion Hall, 1400 Keep St.
Those interested can bring their antiques to see their estimated value. Dick White, of Richard White Auctioneer and Certified Appraiser, will be one of several people who will give participants an estimated range of the value of their antiques.
Participants will be able to use the estimated value for insurance purposes. Each item or sets to be appraised will be $15. All proceeds will go for a restoration of the historical museum.
