Monday, Oct. 4

The Lafayette County Finance Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the Lafayette County Courthouse, County Board Room. Agenda items include Closed session and the 2022 Lafayette County Budget.


Tuesday, Oct. 5

The Monroe City Housing Authority will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the Community Room at Churchill Woods Apartments. Agenda items include Financial updates and General Office Report. 

The Blackhawk Technical College District Board will host the Annual Harvest Dinner to benefit Culinary Arts at 5 p.m. in the Buckhorn Supper Club, 11802 N Charley Bluff Road, Milton. A quorum of the Blackhawk Technical College District Board may be present at the dinner. District Board members will not be discussing College/District Board business.

The Lafayette County Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Lafayette County Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Discussion and possible action — Public Hearing for Special Exception-Variance Permit Application.

The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Lafayette County Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Public Hearing for Zoning Map Amendment and Belmont Township Property Zoning Issue.


Wednesday, Oct. 6

The Village of New Glarus Joint Review Board Meeting will begin at 2 p.m. via Zoom.  Agenda items include Review Annual Report for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3. and Review Annual Report for Tax Increment Financing District No. 4.

The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, Multipurpose Rooms-Lower Level. Agenda items include Discussion on the 2021-2022 University of Wisconsin-Division of Extension Contract with Green County and Discuss Progression of 2022 Budgets for Tractor Safety, Clean Sweep, Fair, Pesticide Applicator Training and UW-Extension.

The Lafayette County Land Conservation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Possible Action on the Farmland Preservation Program and Discussion on Animal Waste Storage and Nutrient Management Ordinance.


Tuesday, Oct. 12

The AG & Extension Education Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the USDA Building or via Zoom. Agenda items include Update on Health and Well-Being Educator Position and  Update on FoodWIse Coordinator Position.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, Meeting Rooms 2 & 3. Agenda items include Review and approve vacating community deputy position and creating jail corporal position and Review and approve Emergency Management updates.


Wednesday, Oct. 13

The Green County Human Services Board will meet at 2:!5 p.m. in the Government Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room # 207. Agenda items include Audit Bills for Payment and closed session.
