The South Central Wisconsin Rail Transit Commission will meet at 2 p.m. at the Fitchburg DNR Facility, Raptor Conference Room, 3911 Fish Hatchery Rd., Fitchburg. Agenda items include a WisDOT report and discussion and possible action to address the Stewart Tunnel.

The Pecatonica Rail Transit Commission will meet at 1 p.m. at the Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include the Tri-County Trail Commission Report and the 2018 Carload Summary.

Monday, October 28

The School District of Black Hawk will hold its budget hearing and annual meeting at 7 p.m. in the Black Hawk High School Commons, 202 E. Center St., South Wayne. Agenda items include review of proposed 2019-20 budget and resolution of tax levy for 2019-20. Following the hearing and meeting, a special meeting will be held in the same location to set the tax levy and adopt the budget.
