Monday, Nov. 8

The Lafayette County Commission On Aging Advisory Committee will meet at 12:45 p.m. at 15701 County Road K, Suite 3, Darlington. Agenda items include Lafayette County’s proposed plan for spending the 85.21 allocation.

The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in the County Boardroom, Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include Review Zoning department bills and Possible action in regards to code changes to in the agricultural district and possibly other districts.

The Black Hawk School Board will have a policy meeting at 6 p.m. in the Upper Commons followed by a regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the same location.

Tuesday, Nov. 9

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the Green County Sheriff’s Office Training Center. Agenda items include Review Emergency Management updates and Review updates on radio system.

The Lafayette County Final Supervisory Redistricting Plan Meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Ames Road Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Presentation of the Lafayette County Final Supervisory Redistricting Plan — Presented by Chair of the Executive, Rules & Legislative Committee, Kriss Marion,and GIS Coordinator/Land Information Officer, Cindy Fitzsimons.

The Lafayette County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Ames Road Multi-Purpose Building. Agenda items include Resolution 51-21 Approval to Borrow up to $1,167,000 Included in the 2022 Budget and Resolution 61-21 Authorizing a Stop Sign on County Trunk Highway K.

Wednesday, Nov. 10

The Green County Broadband Ad Hoc Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. in the Green County Historic Courthouse, County Boardroom. Agenda items include Discussion/Drafting of Green County Broadband Guidance Policy.

Thursday, Nov. 11

The City of Monroe Police and Fire Commission will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Agenda items include three closed sessions and Possible Action on Logistics and Recruitment for the Fire Chief Position.

Wednesday, Nov. 17

The Audit Subcommittee of the Green county Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m. in the Government Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference, Room # 207. Agenda items include Action to Audit bills for payment and closed session.

The Lafayette County Hospital Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Multipurpose Building. Agenda items include closed session and Medical Staff Report.
