Tuesday, November 3

The Lafayette County Land Conservation Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room at the USDA Service Center. Agenda items include discussion of USDA, RCPP and FSA programs, reports and updates, vouchers and plastics recycling.

The Lafayette County Trails Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the county board room of the Lafayette County Courthouse. Agenda items will include discussion of the new county trail maps and the Belmont to Platteville bike trail.

The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include consideration of village claims and discussion/ recommendation of the 2016 EMS contract.

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the first floor conference room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of landfill trusts, electronic payments, grants, travel requests, computer costs, fund transfers and resolutions.

The Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include consideration of a request from SKOE Properties LLC to release a mortgage and pursue collection from Downing Rentals LLC.

The Village of New Glarus Village Board regular meeting will meet at 7 p.m. in the village hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include a WPPI Energy presentation and discussions regarding the 2016 EMS contract, land divisions, resolutions, and an update on the library building project.

The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include consideration of a committee as a whole council and possible action regarding a wastewater utility increase.

The City of Brodhead Special Common Council will meet at 6 p.m. in the city council chambers, 1111 W 2nd Ave., Brodhead. Agenda items include discussion of matters concerning the Brodhead fire district.

The Albany Library Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Albertson Memorial Library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.



Wednesday, November 4

The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include the 2015 agent report and review, review of October bills and a closed session for faculty evaluation.

The Monroe Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. at the community room of Churchill Woods Apartments, 800 13th Avenue, Monroe. Agenda items include financial updates and possible approval of the 2014-15 annual audit.

Thursday, November 5

The Green County Land and Water Conservation committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the USDA Service Center, 1627 4th Ave. W, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of the Pinnacle Dairy application, a geological and water study and soil health demonstration.

The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the USDA Service Center. Agenda items include a public hearing for Jacob Engelke rezoning, manager updates and approval of vouchers.



Monday, November 9

The Green County Library Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Monroe Public Library. Agenda items include reports on county libraries and discussion of the budget and the board's goals and digital collaboration.

The Green County Zoning and Land Use committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the basement conference room of the Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of maps and taxes, septic system maintenance and the 2016 budget.



Tuesday, November 10

The quarterly meeting of the Green County Securities and Facilities Committee will be held at 1:15 p.m. in branch one of the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe.



Tuesday, November 17

The Family Promise Quarterly Coordinator Meeting will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Super 8 Motel, 500 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of the 2016 rotation calendar and 2016 events.
