The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the sheriff’s office training room. Agenda items include a joint meeting with the radio ad hoc committee to discuss the radio system project and review of emergency management updates.

The Lafayette County Commission on Aging Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. at 15701 County K, Darlington. Agenda items include a public meeting on the 2019-2021 aging plan and monthly program reports.

The Darlington Community School District Finance Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the board room of the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include review of monthly expenditures and review of the 2018-2019 budget.

The Darlington Community School District Curriculum Committee will meet at 6:15 p.m. in the board room of the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include discussion of gymnastics as a co-curricular at the high school and a recommendation regarding a physical science requirement.

The New Glarus Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the board room of Village Hall. Agenda items include review of proposals and contractors for ballfield improvement designs and discussion of the 2019 fee schedule for recreation programming.

The New Glarus Public Works/Public Safety Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the board room of Village Hall. Agenda items include closed session discussion of a land purchase related to the Alliant Energy Substation project and the monthly police report.

Thursday, November 15

The Green County Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Government Services Building. Agenda items include approval of the October/November financial report and discussion of the 2019 budget.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the department conference room. Agenda items include discussion of bridge updates and possible action on Barrientos & Associates proposal. 

The Lafayette County Audit Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the county clerk’s office. Agenda items include audit of county bills. 

The Green County Human Services Board Audit Subcommittee will meet at 2 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the government services building. Agenda items include audit of bills for payment. 

The Lafayette County Planning & Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Extension lobby of the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of rezone and a comprehensive zoning ordinance.

The New Glarus Plan Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the board room of Village Hall. Agenda items include discussion of the Valle Tell multiple family development.

The Monroe Town Board of Supervisors will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Monroe Hall for a public hearing on the 2019 budget. Agenda items include approval of the tax levy and 2019 highway expenditures.

The Monroe Town Board of Supervisors will meet following the hearing at the town hall. Agenda items include discussion of a Bug Tussel Wireless tower location and discussion on Iliff Road billing. 

Friday, November 16

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the finance conference room of the county courthouse. Agenda items include closed session audit of client-specific bills and open session audit of bills and claims.

The Lafayette County Health Department will meet at noon in the county board room. Agenda items include closed session interviews of health officer candidates and open session discussion of the position. 

The Lafayette County Economic Development Committee will meet at 7 p.m.
