Monday, March 17

The City of Monroe Board of Public Works will meet at 4:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include the future of the Green County Landfill.

The City of Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include the hiring of the administrative secretary for the waster water treatment plant.

The Darlington Community School District Policy Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include a discussion and recommendation regarding student participation in two sports.

The City of Monroe Public Safety Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a discussion and possible action on the request to extend the current ATV route to include Horseshoe Saloon tavern at 10th Avenue and 19th Street and to include Cenex/Southern Wisconsin Co-op at 29th Avenue and 13th Street.

The City of Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 5:50 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include financing options for 8th Street reconstruction.

The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include a discussion on updates to personnel handbook and wage/fringe benefit resolutions.

The City of Monroe Public Property Committee will meet at 6:45 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include determining the proper process for disposing of the property at 1511 11th Ave.

The Village of New Glarus Board will meet at 7 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include the consideration of the resolution awarding the sale of $1,010,000 general obligation corporate purpose bonds.

The Lafayette County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. at the courthouse. Agenda items include a resolution of support for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation 2014-18 Transportation Alternatives Program Award Cycle.

The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include parking ramp plans and updates.



Wednesday, March 19

The Lafayette County Building and Insurance Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. at the courthouse. Agenda items include an update on bids received for printing the 2014 Spring election ballots.

The City of Monroe Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:15 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include the approval to apply for the Monroe Fund Grant for a special needs playground and lessons.



Thursday, March 20

The Village of New Glarus Triathlon Planning Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include a discussion on the 2014 event.
