The City of Monroe Revolving Loan Fund Committee will meet at 4 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include finalizing terms for loan to Orchid.

The City of Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include creation of a new utility operator position and job description under the Public Works Department, to replace a water operator position currently vacant.

The Albertson Memorial Library Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.

The Green County Law Enforcement/Public Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the courthouse. Agenda items include the approval and discussion of the disaster proclamation declaring State of Emergency due to the weather, namely severe storms/tornados starting June 16 to forward to county board.

The Green County Property, Parks and Insurance Committee will meet following the county board meeting, around 7:30 p.m., at the courthouse. Agenda items include a discussion and possible action on the information gathering system at the historic courthouse.



Wednesday, July 9

The Green County Law Enforcement/Public Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the sheriff's office. Agenda items include a discussion and review of kitchen space issues and request bids for additional storage.

The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include approvals of certified survey maps for four businesses in the industrial parks.

The Lafayette County Building and Insurance Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at the courthouse. Agenda items include a discussion and possible action on bids received for the 2014 partisan primary election.

The Green County Health Committee will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the Government Services Building. Agenda items include HIPPA security compliance assessment report from Three Pillars Technology Solutions.

The Village of New Glarus Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include a discussion and recommendation on the special events permits application for Alphornman Triathlon on Aug. 3.

The Village of New Glarus Public Works/Public Safety Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include a discussion on the advanced disposal garbage collection issues.

The Monticello School District Finance Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the high school. Agenda items include review of vouchers and payroll.

The School District of Brodhead Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the district office. Agenda items include a closed session discussion regarding an update on litigation.



Thursday, July 10

The Green County Land and Water Conservation Committee will meet at 10:15 a.m. at the USDA Service Center. Agenda items include a discussion on the upcoming local workgroup meeting.

The Green County Aging and Disability Advisory Committee will meet at 2 p.m. in the Large Auditorium at the Government Services Building. Agenda items include a report on the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin Regional Board.

The City of Monroe Senior Citizen Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at the Behring Senior Center. Agenda items include discussion on upcoming 2014 Brat Bash.

The Green County Pleasant View Oversight Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the nursing home. Agenda items include information on the referendum.

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the landfill office. Agenda items include a review of the 2014 budget.



Friday, July 11

The Monticello School District Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the high school. Agenda items a discussion and action on the approval of the 2014-15 preliminary budget.



Monday, July 14

The Audit Subcommittee of the Green County Human Services Board will meet at 2:15 p.m. at the Government Services Building. Agenda items include a closed session discussion to audit client specific bills for payment.
