The Lafayette County Fair Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the county fairgrounds. Agenda items include discussion of vendors and the fair manager’s report. 

The Lafayette County Commission on Aging Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in the Aging and Disability Resource Center, 15701 County K, Darlington. Agenda items include monthly program and fiscal reports and discussion and possible action on board member terms. 

The Lafayette County Executive, Rules & Legislation Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the county board room. Agenda items include closed session discussion and possible action on the evaluation data of public employees and whose role involves the provision of services via the Lafayette County Health and Human Services Department and discussion and possible action regarding the restructuring of corporation counsel. 

The Brodhead School Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the District Office Board Room. Agenda items include establishing student fees and closed session to discuss staffing and the superintendent evaluation.

The Lafayette County Fair Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the county fairgrounds. Agenda items include discussion of fairgrounds and exhibitors.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Highway Department Conference Room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on road closure for the Fayette Street Dance and state salt shed roof repairs. 

The Green County Solid Waste Management Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the Green County Solid Waste Management Office. Agenda items include an update on landfill operations and discussion and possible action on software for the new scale. 

Friday, July 12

The Lafayette County Fair Committee will meet at 4 p.m. at the county fairgrounds. Agenda items include discussion of fairgrounds and exhibitors.

The Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission will meet at 10 a.m. at the Dane county Highway Garge, 2302 Fish Hatchery Road. Agenda items include a report from WisDOT with information on an operating agreement and discussion on the scope of work for phase 3 of the Merrimac Bridge rehab project.

The Audit Subcommittee of the Green County Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m. at the Government Services Building. Agenda items include closed session audit of client specific bills and open session approval of bills.
