A majority of the City of Monroe Common Council members may be in attendance at a presentation at noon at Orchid, 350 21st Street. No official business will be conducted.

The Lafayette County Grievance Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding union grievances filed by three employees at the Manor.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 4 p.m. in the Green County Sheriff's office. Agenda items include review and possible action of establishing a warrant fee.

The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include possible approval of conditional use permits.

The Green County Health Committee will meet at 5:15 p.m. in Yodel Hall at the Government Services Building, N3150 Wis. 81. Agenda items include election of committee chair and vice-chair.

The Darlington Community School District Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include review of monthly expenditures.

The Black Hawk School District Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Gratiot library. Agenda items include first readings on various policy items.

The Juda School District Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the high school district office. Agenda items include consideration of renewal of a two-year athletic co-op with Brodhead for football and wrestling.

The Monticello School District Finance Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the high school band room. Agenda items include review of vouchers.

The Monticello School District Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the high school band room. Agenda items include discussion and action on high school course selection and preK-12 class size numbers.

Thursday, Jan. 13

The Green County Aging and Disability Advisory Committee will meet at 2 p.m. in the large auditorium at the Government Services Building, N3152 Wis. 81. Agenda items include Aging Unit assessment.

The City of Monroe Senior Citizens Board will meet at 4:15 p.m. in the Behring Senior Center lobby. Agenda items include end-of-year financial reports review.

The Monroe Downtown Business Improvement District Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the basement conference room at the courthouse. Agenda items include election of BID officers.

A Green County public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the New Glarus Village Hall, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include a review of the 2005 All Hazards Mitigation Plan and input from the public.

The Green County Solid Waste Management Board will be held at 7 p.m. at the Green County Landfill office, W2002 County SS, Brodhead. Agenda items include oil filter recycling information.

Friday, Jan. 14

The Green County Human Services Audit Subcommittee will meet at 1 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the Government Services Building, N3150 Wis. 81. Agenda items include a closed session to audit specific bills for payment.

Monday, Jan. 17

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the finance conference room at the courthouse.
