Monday, February 5

The Monroe Board of Public Works will meet at 4:45 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include a recommendation to approve the sewer and water agreement and hiring a design engineer for traffic signals.

The Village of New Glarus Historical Preservation Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include discussion of the Borucki Building historic designation application.

The Darlington Community School District Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the board meeting room at the Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion of personnel matters and the co-op agreement with Monroe High School boys hockey.



Tuesday, February 6

The Albertson Memorial Library Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.

The Monroe Salary & Personnel Committee will meet at 6:45 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include consideration of a hiring freeze on full-time positions and notification of a rate adjustment for the labor attorney.

The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include discussion of Village claims.

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the first-floor conference room, Green County Courthouse, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of a county wheel tax and IT matters.

The Village of New Glarus Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St. Agenda items include discussion of 2018 pool and park fees.

The Monroe License Committee will meet at 7:20 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include an application from Studio C for a Class B fermented malt beverage and Class C wine license and an application from North Side Shop at 1607 10th Street, Monroe, for a Class A intoxicating liquor and Class A fermented malt beverage license.

The Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the westside fire station. Agenda items include approval of a memo with JJT Development Corporation regarding a low-income family housing project and consideration of a policy for exemptions from procedures for authorized purchases.



Wednesday, February 7

The Monroe Housing Authority will meet at 10 a.m. in the community room of Churchill Woods Apartments. Agenda items include approval of the monthly financial statement and re-election of a chairperson and vice chair.

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the ground floor multipurpose room, Justice Center, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of drug court team progress.

The School District of Monroe Facilities Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the Monroe Middle School LMC. No governmental business will be conducted but a board of education quorum may be present.



Thursday, February 8

The Green County Government Services Building Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in multi-purpose rooms 1-3, Green County Justice Center, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of equipment for the Government Services Building.

The Monroe Senior Citizens Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at Behring Senior Center. Agenda items include discussion of applying for the Monroe Fund Grant and review of the quarterly community foundation report.
