The Lafayette County Executive, Rules and Legislative Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the County Board Room of Lafayette County Courthouse, 626 Main St., Darlington. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding a county-wide bidding process, and an update, discussion and possible action regarding creation of a Manor Foundation.

The Green County Human Services Board Audit Subcommittee will meet at 11 a.m. in the second-floor conference room (#207) of the Government Services Building, N3152 State Rd 81, Monroe. Agenda items include auditing bills for payment and a closed session on client-specific bills, followed by approval of the latter in open session.

The Blackhawk Technical College Board Finance Committee will meet at 4:15 p.m. in the Administration Building Board Room, 6004 S. County Road G, Janesville. Agenda items include a presentation on and action on the Fiscal Year 2018-19 Audit Report.

The Blackhawk Technical College Board will meet at 5 p.m. in the Administration Building Board Room. Agenda items include recognizing Alumni of the Year, Shawn Lerch, and a presentation on dual credit pathways.

The City of Monroe Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Community Center, 1110 18th Ave. (Lower Level). Agenda items include an update on recent park maintenance and improvement projects, and Green County Leaders discussion on splash pad. 

The Green County Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse County Boardroom, 1016 16th St., Monroe. Agenda items include a public hearing relative to a landowner application.

Thursday, December 19

The Green County Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include an update on revolving loan fund funding and on broadband grant applications. 

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the finance conference room of Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Ave., Monroe. Agenda items include a closed session to audit client-specific bills, followed by possible action regarding matters discussed in closed session. 

Friday, December 20

The South Central Library System Board of Trustees will meet at 12:15 p.m. in the SCLS Badger and Chester Rooms, 4610 S. Biltmore Lane, Ste. 101, Madison. Agenda items include technology plan approval and the SCLS Foundation report.
