The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the county courthouse Extension lobby. Agenda items include public hearings for three rezoning requests and discussion of a comprehensive zoning ordinance.


Thursday, August 23

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Town Bank Community Room on the lower level, 15815 Wis. 81, Darlington. Agenda items include preliminary ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin Survey results from Analytic Insight, LLC and office updates for Grant, Green, Iowa and Lafayette Counties.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Highway Department Conference Room. Agenda items include a report of July funds and discussion and possible action on bridge updates, summer maintenance, equipment and a proposal from Barrientos & Associates. 

The Village of New Glarus Plan Commission Meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd Street. Agenda items include discussion and consideration of the site plan review for RPM and building inspector reports.

The South Central Library System Board of Trustees will meet at 12:15 p.m. at SCLS Headquarters, 4610 Biltmore Lane, Suite 101, Madison. Lunch is included. Agenda items include a PLSR project update and presentation and a 75 minute discussion on SOAR and strategic planning. 


Tuesday, August 28

The Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SWWRPC) will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the community room of the Stonefield Apartments, 407 E. Madison St., Dodgeville. The committee will review the 2017 financial position, approve bills and discuss the economic development updates. 


Thursday, September 6

The Veterans Services Office will hold a committee meeting at 3 p.m. in the Green County Veterans Service Office in the lower level of the new Government Services Building. Agenda items include discussing the 2018 and 2019 CVSO grant.
