A majority of the Green County Finance and Accounting Committee may attend a presentation at 3 p.m. in the county courthouse. No formal action will be taken.

The Darlington Community School District Negotiations Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the board room at Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion of overload pay and employees.

The Black Hawk School Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the district library in South Wayne.

The Sylvester Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall.

The Darlington Community School District Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the board room at Darlington Elementary/Middle School. Agenda items include discussion of projects and recommendations regarding the high school safety grant proposal.

The Green County Local Emergency Planning Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at Orchid Monroe LLC, 350 21st St. Agenda items include election of a chairperson and nomination of new members.

The Lafayette County Audit Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the county clerk’s office. Agenda items include discussion and action on audit of bills.

Thursday, August 16

The Audit Subcommittee of the Green County Human Services Board will meet at 1 p.m. for open session and 1:20 p.m. for closed session. Agenda items include open session audit of bills for payment and closed session audit of client-specific bills for payment.

The Library Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. at Monroe Public Library.

The Lafayette County Economic Development Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the Extension office at the county courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of a telecommuter program and an overview of the Pecatonica damming study.
