Monday, April 4

The Public Safety Committee will meet at 4:45 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include special event applications and the reinstallation of parking space along the 1700 block of 12th Street.

The Board of Public Works will meet at 5:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include additional street lights discussion and quotes to be considered.

The Darlington Community School District Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the board meeting room at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include discussion of scholarships, personnel, volunteers and a baseball sign.

The Village of New Glarus Historical Preservation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of the Chalet, historic tax credit and districts and 2016 Historical Preservation Week Activities.

The Village of New Glarus Village Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of the WEDC Connect Communities program, the street project and swearing-in of new police officer.



Wednesday, April 6

The Monroe Housing Authority Board will meet at 5 p.m. at Churchill Woods Apartments. Agenda items include financial updates.

The Village of New Glarus Triathlon Planning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom, 319 2nd St., New Glarus. Agenda items include discussion of the volunteers, pool, run, bike, marketing and other matters of the 2016 event.

The Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 7:15 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include the sale of a Dodge Durango from the Fire Department and reimbursement to the Green County Historical Society.

The Monroe Common Council meet at 7: 30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include discussion of the options for the municipal parking ramp and approval of fees for chicken permits.

The Green County Land and Water Conservation Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in the USDA Service Center, 1627 4th Ave. West, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of special use and grant applications, Bridges to Opportunity Participation Agreement and presentation by SW Badger RC&D.

The Albany Library Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Albertson Memorial Library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.



Friday, April 8

The Green County Agriculture and Extension Education Committee will meet at 12:30 p.m. in the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St., Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of the UW-Extension reorganization and the WACEC conference.



Wednesday, April 13

The Green County Law Enforcement/Public Safety Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Green County Sheriff's Office, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of police vehicle purchase bids, jail population and medical issues and monthly budget.



Friday, April 15

The Green County Human Services Board Audit Committee will meet at 2 p.m. in the second floor conference room, Government Services Building, Pleasant View Complex, Monroe. Agenda items include discussion of client-specific bills for payment, with closed session at 2:20 p.m.
