Agencies, clinic to present HIN1 facts

MONROE - On Monday, a coalition from Monroe Clinic, Green County Health Department, Green County Emergency Management and the School District of Monroe will present "H1N1 Community Update - Swine Flu Facts From Experts Who Know" to help attendees learn about swine flu and how to keep their families safe.

Topics covered:

• H1N1 transmission, symptoms, risks

• Preventive actions you can take

• Vaccination plans and recommendations

• School and community preparedness

• When to call your provider

This free community event is part of Monroe Clinic's HealthADVANTAGE series and will be held at 6 p.m. on at the Monroe Clinic, Founders Hall (clinic building, lower level), 515 22nd Ave.

Seasonal adult flu vaccinations will be available for $25 from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday at Monroe Clinic, New Glarus rooms (hospital building, first floor), 515 22nd Ave.
