2021 NWILED annual meeting announced

HANOVER, Ill. — Northwest Illinois Economic Development (NWILED) recently announced details of its upcoming Annual Meeting of investors and supporters. Presented by Jo-Carroll Energy, Illinois Bank & Trust, and Jo Daviess County, this year’s celebration will be held in the Eagle Ballroom at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa on the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

The theme of this year’s celebration is ‘Made in Northwest Illinois’, and includes a keynote speech from Sylvia Garcia, Acting Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. A regional leader panel moderated by Kimberly Ewoldsen, Director of Regional Economic Development and Small Business Development Center at Sauk Valley Community College, will follow the keynote, that includes Diane Bausman of Blackhawk Waterways Convention and Visitors Bureau, Connie Dell of Elkay Manufacturing, and Colin Sanderson of Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa. 

Tickets are now on sale for $75 each, or a table of eight for $525 that includes a filet mignon and salmon dual entrée or vegan polenta meal.
