MONROE - The school board will decide between two finalists for the assistant vice principal position at Monroe High School tonight.
The two finalists were interviewed by the administrative team Thursday, Monroe district administrator Larry Brown said. They are:
David Moody, a middle school teacher in Oconto Falls School District
Nick Schultek, an alternative high school principal in the West Allis School District
The school board will go over the candidates' credentials in closed session tonight, Brown said, and decide who will be offered the position.
The two were selected from six semi-finalists who interviewed Feb. 14 with a team comprised of MHS principal Mark Burandt, teachers, students, parents and one school board member.
The position will be open July 1. Mike Bruckwicki is retiring this summer after being assistant principal for 25 years.
