Monroe Common Council: Heidi Treuthardt (2,000), Richard Thoman (1,584), Darlene Voelkli (1,495), Matt Scheaffer (1,660) and Christopher Vestin (1,355) elected over Lynn Kleven (1,237), Carson Eddy (1,058), and Maxwell Brooks (1,238)

Monroe School Board: Caleb Ahrens (2,631), Terri Montgomery (3,069) and Melissa Phillips (2,347) elected over James McKenzie (1,754), Michael Froseth, Jr. (2,081) and Jami Cregan (947)

Monroe Schools Referendum: No — 2,957 (51.3%), Yes — 2,803 (48.6%)

Black Hawk Schools Referendum: Yes — 512 (57.4%), No — 380 (42.6%)

Monticello Schools Referendum: Yes — 597 (63.9%), No — 336 (36.0%)

Darlington Schools Referendum: Not all wards reporting as of 10:55 p.m. (Yes vote leads)
