MONROE — Voters in the City of Monroe will have an opportunity to meet and hear directly from candidates running for Monroe Mayor and Monroe City Council at an upcoming public forum on Wednesday, February 4, at 5:30 p.m.
The City of Monroe Candidate Forum will be held at 18th & 8th, located at 8th Street & 18th Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566.
The event is designed to help community members make informed decisions ahead of the upcoming election by learning more about the candidates and their visions for the future of Monroe.
Attendees will hear from candidates seeking the office of Mayor as well as those running for Alderperson positions on the Monroe City Council. The forum will also provide an opportunity for residents to ask questions.
“An informed voter is an empowered voter,” organizers said. “This forum gives residents the chance to connect with candidates, hear their perspectives, and better understand how they plan to serve our community.”
The event is open to the public, and all Monroe residents are encouraged to attend.
