Several local families are participating in “Happy Hearts,” which is also a Facebook page, where children and parents are working on placing hearts in their windows to show onlookers some happiness in the midst of the “Safer at Home” order by the governor because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Many homes and business windows are decorated to bring some cheer to the people walking and driving around.
