Extension changes hours, still offers farm resources
UW extension

MONROE — As a division of UW-Madison, Extension Green County employees are working with and following guidance from Campus leadership. To help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, UW-Madison employees are required to telecommute and not work from a shared office space such as a county building. This directive was put into effect March 16.

With a “Safer-at-Home” order now in effect for all of Wisconsin, staff is producing resources across program areas to help those all over Wisconsin. Resources and links will be collected as they are available and will be posted at www.green.extension.wisc.edu and will continue to be updated. Tools for small businesses, farmers and those looking for financial support have already been produced and given to educators to help the public. Interested people are encouraged to follow along with the Extension as it shares the latest resources pertaining to the COVID-19 outbreak and how the Extension is responding; as well as the following website: https://fyi.extension.wisc.edu/covid19.
