MONROE — Come learn, get vaccinated and celebrate health from 4 to 6 p.m. July 9 and July 30 at the Twining Park parking lot, across from Veracruz Mexican Market, 425 14th Ave. No appointment, no pre-registration and no ID required. There is no charge, but bring an insurance card if available.
