MONROE — City Hall is closed due to COVID-19 but is offering utility bill payment options: 

Pay by mail: Send check or money order payable to: City of Monroe, 1110 18th Ave., Monroe, WI 53566.

Pay by drop box (save a stamp): Use the white drive up drop box labeled “City Hall” located across from the Post Office. There is also a drop box located at the front of the City Hall building. Include the remit slip/bill pay stub and reference the account number on the check.

Phone: Payment Services Network processes phone and online payments. Convenience fees are waived for this quarter. Call 877-885-7968 and have account number ready. (Press “0” to work with a live operator)

Mobile: Once registered online, residents can download “PSN Payments” from the App Store or Google Play to use for future use.
