Describe Memphis’ personality.
He loves to play fetch. He’s all about a ball. Usually, that’s how you win his heart if you throw a ball. He’s a little shy especially when people come over to our house. He is awesome with the kids (Braxton, 3, and Branson, 1). He aims to please. He’ll do whatever he can to please a human.
What do you and Memphis like to do together?
He likes to run along the Ranger at the farm. He’s afraid of cows. We go for walks or runs. We do tricks. He loves to play fetch with the kids. He can be as relentless as he wants and they’ll give in to him. He likes to do anything outside. Our neighbors think he’s crazy. He’ll take his rope and run around in circles with it. He left a dead spot in our yard last spring from running around in a circle.
What has it been like having Memphis in your life?
Amazing. He’s definitely my best friend. He’s been through a lot with me like moving to and from Texas. He’s also been with me when my kids came into my life and has had foster pet siblings. I think having a bond with a dog is something some people can’t relate to. Every human and dog bond is so much different from the next.
