Zion Team to help lead Cornerstone Lutheran VBS

ARGYLE - Cornerstone Lutheran Church of Argyle will host a four-member summer team from the Association of Free Lutheran Bible School, Minneapolis, from Aug. 7 to 11.

The Zion Team members will help lead five afternoons of Vacation Bible School at the church. Each themed day of VBS includes stories, puppets, music, games and hands-on activities.

The theme of the event, open to all children ages 4 through sixth grade, is "A Mighty Fortress."

VBS will run from 12:30 to 3:30 each day. Refreshments, lunch and snacks for participants is included. Transportation can be arranged for those who need rides.
