MONROE — The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a Paint Night with Tracy Signer from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Parks and Recreation Community Center, lower level of City Hall. 

Children ages five years and older, and one adult, will each get an 8-inch by 10-inch canvas to paint one half of a picture. When done, it can be placed it on the wall as a decoration.
