MONROE — Tim Young, an American Family Insurance agent in Monroe, has been recognized for providing an outstanding customer experience under the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification Program. 

The service excellence distinction was determined through an evaluation process conducted under guidelines established through the company’s American Star Excellence in Customer Expe-rience Cert-ification Program. The process consists of a customer satisfaction survey which measures customers’ overall experience with their current American Family agent. 

Young has been an agent for American Family since November 1994. His office is located at 820 17th Avenue. This has been Young’s fourteenth consecutive year for this particular award. He credits this award to a dedicated staff.
