The all-new season of Wisconsin Life on PBS Wisconsin takes viewers on a trip around the state to visit their neighbors and uncover their unique stories.

The World Euchre Championship in New Glarus was featured in a new episode of Wisconsin Life that premiered Thursday, Jan. 15, on PBS Wisconsin. The episode will also be available to stream online at pbswisconsin.org/wilife and on the free PBS app on all streaming devices and smart TVs.

Host Angela Fitzgerald connects the audience with people whose passions, experiences and expertise celebrate the best of Wisconsin.

Each spring, the World Euchre Championship transforms New Glarus into a hub of cards and camaraderie. Players young and old compete, swap stories and show off costumes. All proceeds support local projects, but for organizers and players alike, the real victory isn’t winning a hand — it’s the friendships and community built across the table.
