MONROE — Woodford State Bank is proud to share the results of this year’s Holiday Food Pantry Drive. Thanks to the generosity of our customers, employees, and community members, our branches collected 2,156 food and household items and $5,063.08 in monetary donations. The bank rounded up each branch’s totals and provided an additional match, bringing the total impact to $12,443.08 donated across the six food pantries we serve.
Branch Contributions:
● Monroe: $1,438.08 donated + 426 items, matched to $1,900 for the St. Vincent Mobile Food Pantry and Green County Food Pantry
● South Wayne: $81 donated + 246 items, matched to $330 for the South Wayne Food Pantry
● Darlington: $225 donated + 230 items, matched to $500 for the SWCAP Food Pantry
● Argyle: $267 donated + 117 items, matched to $400 for the Argyle Food Pantry
● New Glarus: $150 donated + 70 items, matched to $250 for the Green Cares Food Pantry
● Blanchardville: $2,902 donated + 1,067 items, matched to $4,000 for the Pecatonica Area Food Pantry
