WOODFORD - The Woodford Fire and EMS Department will host the 15th annual steak fry and sweet corn boil from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 13.
The event will be at the firehouse in Woodford. The menu includes ribeye steaks grilled on an open-pit barbecue, sweet corn, potatoes, baked beans, dessert and a beverage.
The cost is $15 for a full meal and $9 for a half meal.
Carryouts will be available.
Proceeds will be used to purchase supplies for training and fire equipment.
