MADISON — Rep. Todd Novak (Dodgeville) was selected by the Wisconsin Builders Association’s Board of Directors to be recognized as a “2020 Friend of Housing”. The award acknowledges Rep. Novak’s work last legislative session to reduce the cost of housing for Wisconsin families. The Association’s Board meets every two years in order to select legislators to be honored with this designation.

“It’s an honor to receive this award from the Wisconsin Builders Association,” said Novak. “This coming session I am going to continue working to reduce the cost of housing here in Wisconsin. Housing affordability is linked to housing inventory. I’ll continue to advocate for common sense measures to make sure hardworking Wisconsinites can find housing at a reasonable price.”

The Wisconsin Builders Association is a trade association comprised of 21 local associations from across the state. They advocate for keeping housing accessible and affordable here in Wisconsin.
