Michael and Ashley Golz
Ashley Bartz and Michael Golz were married on Saturday, June 13. The ceremony and reception were held at the Pontiac Convention Center in Janesville. The Rev. Larry Hakes performed the ceremony.

The bride was given away by her parents, Jim and Jody Bartz, Tomahawk, formerly of Edgerton. Parents of the groom are Curtis and Sharon Golz, Albany.

Maid of honor was Jamey Bartz, sister of the bride. Matron of honor was Courtney Butts, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jackie Nehls, friend of the bride, and Sarah, Lindsey and Amy Golz, sisters of the groom.

Best man was Jeffrey McNeely. Groomsmen were Jayson Butts, brother-in-law of the bride; Kyle Bartz, brother of the bride; Andrew Houlberg, cousin of the groom; Jim Briggs and Scott Keepers.

Ushers were Tyler Brugger and Jamison McNeely. Ringbearer was Kayden Butts, nephew of the bride. Greeters were Isaac and Nathan Thiel, cousins of the bride.

The bride is employed by Janesville Mercy Hospital and is currently enrolled in the nursing program at Blackhawk Technical College.

The groom is currently employed with Natz Construction Company in Footville.

The couple live in Evansville.
