Wedding: Gaulrapp-Thies

Justin Gaulrapp and Jennifer Thies were united in marriage May 21, 2011 at a 2 p.m. ceremony at Turner Hall, Monroe. Parents of the bride are Dean Leuzinger and Ronda and Gene Thompson. Parents of the groom are Don and Carol Gaulrapp.

The bride wore a white gown, and the groom wore a tuxedo. Dean Leuzinger, father of the bride, presented the bride.

Matron of honor was Alicia Curran, and maid of honor was Emily Mcgoff. Bridesmaids were Michelle Leuzinger, Jacie Hoffman, Meghan Thies, and Brandi Osbaugh. The bridesmaids wore Malibu blue gowns.

Best man was Jim Wyss. Groomsmen were Dustin Leuenberger, Kevin Gaulrapp, Brian Gaulrapp, Josh Denure, and Jason Steiner.

Ushers were Neil Winslow and Kurt Bredeson. Flower girls were Destiny Buxton, daughter of the bride, and Katlynn Stavn, and the ringbearer was Ryder Buxton, son of the bride. Candlelighters were Carol Gaulrapp and Ronda Thompson. Soloist was Cathy Ebbert.

Their reception was held at Turner Hall, Monroe. The couple went to a honeymoon resort in Wisconsin Dells for their wedding trip.

The bride is a graduate of Blackhawk Technical College and is currently enrolled at Herzing University, studying graphic design and photography.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Monroe High School. He served five years active duty in the United States Marine Corps, reaching the rank of sergeant. He graduated with from Blackhawk Technical College in 2010 with a degree in welding and is currently employed as a welder in Monroe.

The couple currently lives in Monroe.
