Lisa M. DeBroux and Charles R. Brentner, both of Monroe, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Parents of the bride are Douglas J. DeBroux of Lodi and Susan DeBroux of Monroe and the late Carleton and Penelope Brentner. 

They plan to marry at 10 a.m. May 11, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Monroe, with Pastor Matthew Spoonhour officiating. A Dutch treat luncheon at World Buffet will follow the ceremony. The couple plans to reside in Monroe.
