Terri Bird, the late Ken Bird, and Paul and Karen Marquis, proudly announce the upcoming marriage of Sarah Marquis and Alex Bird of Gratiot. 

The wedding will take place on Oct. 12 in Dubuque, Iowa. There will be an intimate ceremony with immediate family and the couple’s two daughters, ages 3 and 4, and a reception will follow that evening with family and friends. 

The bride-to-be and future groom are both graduates of Black Hawk High School. Sarah is employed at Town Bank and Alex at Metz Welding.
