MADISON — Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) on Feb. 26 sent a letter calling on U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Brooke Rollins to immediately release Congressionally-directed funding for the successful Dairy Business Innovation (DBI) Initiatives.
