BLANCHARDVILLE - Yellowstone Lake State park staff and Friends of Yellowstone are looking for volunteers for the work day and picnic lunch on April 25. The event begins at 9 a.m. and will coincide with Earth Day weekend.
Park staff and Friends of Yellowstone will lead volunteers in planting trees, tidying the campground and pulling garlic mustard along hiking trails in the park's oak and hickory woodlands.
A picnic lunch will be sponsored by Friends of Yellowstone Lake State Park. Those who volunteer should check-in at the park office.
